The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Ethel Seid.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Congestive Heart Failure

Cause of Death B: Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Right Humerus Fracture, Osteoporosis, Gout
