The coroner’s office has identified the man as Ernest Cooper.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Acute Cardiac Dysfunction

Cause of Death B: Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Hypertension, Diabetes Meliitus, Hypercholesterolemia

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 5:30 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in late October.
