(L.A.) Eric Mundell, 45, Died in an Embankment

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 45-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at an embankment.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Eric Mundell.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine
RIP ERIC MUNDELL (June 7, 1978 – April 19, 2024)
Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 3:50 p.m.
The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on August 10, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
