The coroner’s office has identified the man as Emmanuel Peralta.

Cause of Death A: Congestive Heart Failure

Cause of Death B: Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: History of Stroke; Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease
