Emilio Aragundi Tenorio, 18, Killed in Head-On Collision

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of an 18-year-old Latin American male that occurred on a roadway.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Emilio Aragundi Tenorio.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Blunt Trauma

A GoFundMe online states that “On Sunday morning of November 27, 2022, we unexpectedly lost Emilio “Nemo” Aragundi due to a car accident in Sylmar CA.

A light Toyota Prius exited the Vallarta parking lot eastbound to southbound and is the person of interest who caused the accident, making the silver Ford Mustang who was also driving southbound on Foothill driving at high rate of speed swerve to northbound traffic lanes striking a Toyota pickup truck head on.

The driver of the Mustang [Tenorio] was pronounced deceased by paramedics. The other driver who was taken to the hospital by ambulance was in fair condition with non-life threatening injuries.

The driver of the Toyota Prius remains at large after causing the accident.
