(L.A.) Eliot Hosey, 57, Died in a Hospital

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 57-year-old Black male that occurred in a hospital.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Eliot Hosey.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Effects
RIP ELIOT HOSEY (June 1, 1966 – February 5, 2024)
Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 8:26 a.m.
The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on March 30, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
