Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 71-year-old Black male that occurred on a sidewalk.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Edward Young.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death: Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: History of Hypertension and Diabetes Mellitus

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 5:59 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on November 9.
