(L.A.) Edward Wichmann, 61, Died in a Creek

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 61-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at a creek.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Edward Wichmann.

Manner of Death: Suicide

Cause of Death: Acute Bupropion Intoxication

RIP EDWARD WICHMANN (January 23, 1963 – September 15, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 12:19 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on January 21, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.
