(L.A.) Edward Marquez, 61, Died in an Alley

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 61-year-old Latino male that occurred in an alley.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Edward Marquez.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death: Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Diabetes Mellitus Type 2 and History of Chronic Alcohol Use

RIP EDWARD MARQUEZ (1964 – October 5, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling in early December.
