Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a two-year-old male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the child as Easton Palmer and listed his race/ethnicity as White/Caucasian + Latino.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Drowning

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 9:30 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on April 6.
