(L.A.) Dylan Shimel, 32, Died in a Parking Lot

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 32-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a parking lot.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Dylan Shimel.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Cocaine, Fentanyl, and Methamphetamine

RIP DYLAN SHIMEL (June 29, 1992 – July 26, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 6:50 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in November, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
