Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 21-year-old Caucasian male that occurred at a private residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Dylan Bye.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Fluorofentanyl

RIP DYLAN BYE (June 1, 2001 – March 17, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 5:45 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on August 11, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
