Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 54-year-old Black male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Dwayne Davis.

Manner of Death: Suicide

Cause of Death: Gunshot Wound of Head

RIP DWAYNE DAVIS (September 30, 1967 – March 14, 2022)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 1:05 a.m.

The decedent shot himself at his residence on Bromont Avenue in Pacoima, California 91331.

He was taken to Providence Holy Cross Medical Center at 15031 Rinaldi St, Mission Hills, 91345.
