Cause of Death A: Pulmonary Thromboembolism

Cause of Death B: Deep Vein Thrombosis of Lower Extremities

Other Significant Conditions: Right Breast Cancer with Chest Wall Ulceration and Lymph Node Metastases, Right-Sided Pneumonia
