The coroner’s office has identified the man as Dominic Eredia of Woodland Hills. Born in L.A. County. Mother’s maiden name is Hernandez.

Cause of Death: Methamphetamine Toxicity

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on April 15, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drug.
