(L.A.) Dillon Moulton, 25, Died in a Hospital

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 25-year-old Caucasian male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the young man as Dillon Moulton.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl Intoxication

RIP DILLON MOULTON (June 5, 1992 – April 22, 2018)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 5:10 p.m.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
