Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 47-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Denys Dzichkovskyi.

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Ethanol

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 11:15 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on March 12, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive.

The decedent’s name appears to be Ukrainian. His surname may also be transliterated into English as Denis Tzishkovsky or Dennis Dzichkovsky.
