Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 44-year-old Latino male that occurred at a business.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Dennis Martinez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Choking

Other Significant Conditions: History of Cerebral Palsy, Hypertension

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 2:04 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on April 19.
