Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 30-year-old female that occurred at her residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Dejanna Sims and listed her race/ethnicity as Hispanic.

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Alcohol

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.

The decedent’s last login to her OnlyFans account appears to have been on December 26. She was found dead on New Year’s Eve.
