The coroner’s office identified the woman as Deborah Johnson.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Atherosclerotic Heart Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Phencyclidine Use; History of Sickle Cell Anemia and Diabetes Mellitus
