Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 56-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in veteran housing.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Dean Lee.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Methamphetamine and Phencyclidine

RIP DEAN LEE (November 20, 1966 – July 14, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 4:17 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on August 18, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
