(L.A.) David Wear, 42, Died From LAPD Gunshots

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 42-year-old Caucasian male that occurred in a hospital.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as David Wear.
Manner of Death: Homicide
Cause of Death: Multiple Gunshot Wounds
RIP DAVID WEAR (January 6, 1972 – December 5, 2014)
Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 7:31 p.m. at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.
The decedent was a street performer by the Hollywood Walk of Fame known for dressing up as the Scream villain character and posing with tourists for tips.
He was shot dead by LAPD pigs near the intersection of Hollywood Boulevard and Highland Avenue because of a folding Swiss Army knife in his hand.
His killers were Hollywood Division’s Ryan Secor (Serial #38407) and Carlos Gonzalez (Serial #40901).
