(L.A.) David Rivera, 38, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 38-year-old Latino male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as David Rivera.

Cause of Death: Methamphetamine Effects

RIP DAVID RIVERA (June 13, 1986 – March 9, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 8:05 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on May 23, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
