Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 57-year-old Latino male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as David Pereida.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Urosepsis

Cause of Death B: Quadriplegia

Cause of Death C: Blunt Force Trauma
