Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 27-year-old Latino male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as David Pacheco.

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 1:45 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on April 19, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
