The coroner’s office has identified the man as David Mascipinto.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death: Hypertensive Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Condition: Diabetes Mellitus Type 2

The decedent was cremated by the County, apparently on January 26.
