Los Angeles County is reporting the death of an 82-year-old Latino male that occurred in a nursing home.

The coroner’s office identified the man as David Hinojosa.

Cause of Death A: Myocardial Infarction

Cause of Death B: End State Renal Disease

Cause of Death C: Hypertension

Other Significant Conditions: Diabetes Mellitus, Hyperlipidemia
