(L.A.) David Burns, 34, Died at an Encampment

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 34-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at an encampment.

The coroner’s office identified the man as David Burns of Holtville. Born in Imperial County.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday.

The government investigator had initially stated that the decedent’s place of death was “bushes.”
