Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 63-year-old Caucasian male that occurred at a residence.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as David Albright.

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Cocaine
RIP DAVID ALBRIGHT (January 25, 1960 – January 26, 2023)
Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 7:05 p.m.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on July 15, presumably after the results of tox screening came back.
