Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 58-year-old Black female that occurred at her residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Darlene Campbell.

Manner of Death: Suicide

Cause of Death: Quetiapine Intoxication

Other Significant Condition: History of Depression

RIP DARLENE CAMPBELL (September 3, 1966 – January 9, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 9:45 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on March 12, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drug.
