Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 31-year-old Caucasian male that occurred at his apartment residence in Hollywood.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Daniel Gould.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Cocaine Intoxication
