(L.A.) Daniel Delgado, 22, Died From Drug Use

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 22-year-old Latino male who passed away at a private residence.

The coroner’s office identified the young man as Daniel Delgado.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Acute Intoxication by the Combined Effects of Fentanyl, Fluorofentanyl, and Alprazolam

RIP DANIEL DELGADO (July 17, 2002 – September 17, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 7:20 a.m.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.

In the medical examiner’s parlance, “private residence” indicates it was not the decedent’s own home.

Note that there are multiple decedents named “Daniel Delgado” in public records.
