The coroner’s office has identified the man as Cristian Varguez.

Manner of Death: Homicide

Cause of Death: Stab Wound to the Chest

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 9:45 p.m.

The government investigator had initially given the decedent’s name as Cristian Varguez-Uitzil.
