Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 15-year-old Black female that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the teenage girl as Corrina Damper.

Cause of Death: Exertional Hyperthermia and Hypoglycemia Associated with Autism Spectrum Disorder

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 2:56 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on July 2, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.
