Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 29-year-old Black male that occurred on a sidewalk.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Corey Stacker.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Methamphetamine

RIP COREY STACKER (December 6, 1993 – January 18, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 3:10 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on August 30, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drug.
