The coroner’s office has identified the individual as Christopher Herndon.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease

Cause of Death B: Atherosclerotic Coronary Artery Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), Dementia, Chronic Anemia, Nephrolithiasis (Urinary Tract Stones), Cholelithiasis (Gallstones)
