Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 36-year-old male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Christopher Crew.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Heroin and Methamphetamine

RIP CHRISTOPHER CREW (June 10, 1988 – June 24, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 8:12 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on September 11, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
