Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 49-year-old Black female that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Christina Parker.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Sudden Cardiac Dysfunction

Cause of Death B: Unspecified Cardiomyopathy

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 12:46 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on June 12, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back negative for substances.
