The coroner’s office has identified the man as Christian Guzman Baltazar.

Cause of Death: Sequelae of Infectious Endocarditis

Other Significant Conditions: Dilated Cardiomyopathy, Congestive Heart Failure, Remote Intravenous Drug Use
