Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 52-year-old Latino male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Chris Ortiz.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death: Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Diabetes Mellitus, Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy, Chronic Kidney Disease, Liver Cirrhosis

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 4:41 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on April 17.
