Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 91-year-old Asian female that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Chin Chao.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Intracerebral Hemorrhage

Cause of Death B: Blunt Head Trauma

Other Significant Conditions: Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease; Hypertension; Diabetes Mellitus; Hypercholesterolemia
