Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 56-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred on a sidewalk.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Cheryl Bybee.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 4:43 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on March 26, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drug.
