(L.A.) Chelsea Stigleman, 30, Died in an Abandoned Building

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 30-year-old Caucasian female that occurred in an abandoned building.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Chelsea Stigleman of Elk City, Oklahoma.

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 1:42 p.m.

Drug deaths are frequently classified as accidents under the assumption that the users didn’t intend to kill themselves.

The decedent’s brother had been charged with first-degree murder in the 2013 shooting death of their mother. She took the stand in his defense. Since then, she had been arrested at least one time for allegedly stealing morphine pills from elderly people for whom she was working as a caretaker.
