The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Chanee Washington.

Cause of Death A: Ischemic Heart Disease

Cause of Death B: Atherosclerotic Coronary Artery Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Medical History Includes Hyperlipidemia and Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease
