Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 23-year-old Caucasian female that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Celeste Layne.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Cocaine Intoxication

Other Significant Condition: Alcohol Effects
