Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 44-year-old Hispanic female that occurred at her residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Cecilia Perez.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death: Idiopathic Dilated Cardiomyopathy

Other Significant Condition: Morbid Obesity and Laennec’s Cirrhosis

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 8:44 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on June 19.
