(L.A.) Cecilia Milbourne, 29, Died on a Walkway

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 29-year-old Black female that occurred on a walkway.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Cecilia Milbourne.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Blunt Craniofacial Trauma

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 7:23 p.m.

NEWS STORY: “FREAK ACCIDENT”

A vehicle went off the road and fatally struck a woman down a cliff in Playa Del Rey at around 7:11 p.m Sunday.

It was a two-car crash that happened on south Vista Del Mar near Dockweiler State Beach. One of the cars involved in the crash swerved off the road and struck the passerby.

The woman died at the scene.

One of the drivers, a 70-year-old man, was treated for minor injuries.
