The coroner’s office identified the woman as Catherine Strachan-Dunning.

Cause of Death A: Cardiac Arrest

Cause of Death B: Hemorrhagic Shock

Cause of Death C: Right Ventricular Perforation

Cause of Death D: Rheumatic Heart Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Coronary Artery Disease, Atrial Fibrillation, Severe Tricuspid Regurgitation
