The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Catherine Hahn.

Manner of Death: Suicide

Cause of Death: Olanzapine Intoxication

The decedent’s surname appears to be Korean.

Olanzapine (sold under the trade name Zyprexa among others) is an antipsychotic medication primarily used to treat schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. Like other antipsychotic drugs, olanzapine can worsen suicidal thoughts or behavior.
