(L.A.) Carol Evans, 69, Died From an OD

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 69-year-old Black female that occurred at her residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Carol Evans.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Cocaine Toxicity

RIP CAROL EVANS (May 10, 1954 – December 3, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 2:08 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on June 11, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the coke.

This is considered an accidental drug overdose.
